この時期に危機感なさ過ぎて食べ物を扱う店員とは思えない。もう利用しないかな。残念。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昭和区川原通にあるテイクアウトの唐揚げ屋さん、休日の午後に利用してみました。
コチラで販売しているのはもも肉、ムネ肉といった唐揚げをはじめ、手羽先、チキンナゲット、コロッケやアジフライ、揚げたこ焼きなどの揚げ物、それにご飯やキムチなどもあります。
唐揚げは普通サイズのほか、名物というメガサイズの唐揚げもあります。ホントは普通サイズとメガサイズを両方買って大きさを比べてみたかったのですが、この日は通常サイズが売り切れみたいだったのでメガサイズのももとムネ、それにアジフライを購入です。
その唐揚げはカリッとした心地よい食感の衣に包まれています。ももの方は柔らかくジューシーなお肉でなかなかイケますね。さらに+１００円でタルタルチキン南蛮ソースにしてもらいましたが、この甘酸っぱいソースとタルタルソースのマリアージュが最高ですね、なかなかに美味しかったです。
注文を受けてから揚げてくれるので、提供まで時間が１０分くらいかかってしまうので、電話予約してから行くのが無難かもですね、ごちそうさまでした。

ただ、塩胡椒かなあ？、かけ過ぎで塩っぱ過ぎて残念。バイトさん達、自分の塩加減がどんなものか時々、味見をしたほうが良いでしょう。正直、ビールと一緒に頂くにしても塩っぱ過ぎでした。
あの大きさで、あの揚げ方はそれなりに技術が確立されていると感じます。肉質も良かったので次はぜひ塩胡椒控えめで頂きたいです。
