店内も明るく清潔で店員も対応は丁寧であり接客面で不快な思いをした事はない。
しかし、不調の原因を調べてほしいのに余計な所ばかり指摘して交換を促すばかりで、肝心の不調の原因を突き止めてもらえなかった。
ここで見て貰っていろいろ交換してもらったのに結局数か月でまた同じ不調が発生したし、
他の口コミにもあるようにどうも経営や整備点検が下手な印象を受ける。
ここに腕の良い整備士はいねえのか？
接客が丁寧であればいいという事にはならない。
今の体制を改善しない限り、またここに来たいとは思えない。

売買契約書、領収書全て外表の状態で折られ
折り方も汚い。
オーナーズマニュアルも曲がった折り目をつけられて非常に残念です。
メンテナンスパックを勧められましたが、お断りさせていただきました。

12/26に点検の案内が届きましたが
点検内容のチェックマークも無く
この時期の発送なのに年末年始のお休みのお知らせもありませんでした。

以前のところも悪いわけでは決してないのですが、こちらのお店はいかなる時も皆さんの接客が丁寧で、サービスが行き届いており、とても気持ちよく利用出来ます。
今後も原付やバイクを持ち続ける限り、こちらを利用させて頂きたいと思います。

対応は普通で悪くはありません。
しかし年々営業時間が短くなり定休日も増えているような気がします。
ちょっとサービス業としては終わるのも早すぎるし休みも多すぎると思います。
コロナウイルス感染対策としてと謳ってますがただコロナに便乗してるだけですね。
まぁこれは本部の方針の問題で店舗としては関係ない話ですが。
