サイカラーメンや白湯系とは一線を画す、魚介出汁の清湯ラーメン。外待ちしてると出汁の香りがダクトからお外に溢れ出てます。
じんわり、でも程よいバランスのスープにパツんと歯触りのよいストレート麺。レアチャーシューが塩味しっかり目なのでよいアクセントかもしれません。じゃぼんとスープに浸してもう少し火を通して食べるのが好きです。
少し残しておいたチャーシューを〆飯にオンして、スープをかけて出来上がり！鶏飯を思わすビジュアルにお出汁が合う。柚子胡椒もアクセントに良し。美味しくいただきました！
 Salt ramen with extra char siu 〆 rice
Seiyu ramen with seafood soup stock that sets it apart from Saikaramen and plain hot water. When you wait outside, the scent of soup stock overflows from the duct.
Straight noodles that are soft but have a good balance and a crisp texture. Rare char siu has a strong salty taste, so it may be a good accent. I like to soak it in soup and cook it a little more.
Turn on the char siu that you left a little on the rice and sprinkle the soup on it! The soup stock goes well with the visual reminiscent of chicken rice. Yuzu pepper is also a good accent. It was delicious!

塩ラーメンをオーダー。ラーメンは塩と醤油の二つでどちらも850円。チャーシューとネギ、ほうれん草のトッピング。麺は細目のストレート。
化学調味料不使用とのことで、スープがとても優しい味わいでさっぱりと食べられる、飲んだ後の〆ラーメンだと思う。

I ordered shio ramen. There are two types of ramen, salt and soy sauce, both for 850 yen. Char siu, green onion and spinach toppings. The noodles are fine and straight.
Since it does not use chemical seasonings, the soup has a very gentle taste and can be eaten refreshingly. I think it is a ramen after drinking.

接客が悪いのではなく、店主が寡黙なだけだと思います。
職人さん 料理人さんって感じで、
余計な話はせずもくもくと調理されています。
ラーメン一筋って感じで
かっこいいな、と私はいつも思っています♪
変に店舗展開せずここで味を守り抜いてらっしゃるのも好感度大です！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 塩ラーメンと〆飯を注文。さっぱりとやさしいスープで美味しい。特にチャーシューは良かった。〆飯は鶏をほぐした身が少しとネギがご飯にのせてありラーメンスープを入れ茶漬けのように食べる。柚子胡椒が良いアクセントで美味しかった。
I ordered salt ramen and 〆 rice. The refreshing and gentle soup is delicious. Especially the char siu was good. 〆Rice is made by loosening chicken and green onions on top of the rice. Add ramen soup and eat it like chazuke. Yuzu pepper was delicious with a good accent.

オーダーしたのは塩ラーメンと〆めし。
透明感のあるスープは麺や他の具材の美味しさを邪魔しない絶妙のバランス❣️
麺は細めのストレート、小麦の香りがとても良い感じ?
最後は〆飯をスープに投入して二度楽しめました。

この優しくて旨味の深い塩スープ、好きなんです。また食感のいい細麺も美味しいです。そして極薄切りチャーシューは、器のフチから熱い塩スープにひたすと、極上スープの豚しゃぶしゃぶを頂いている様です！
