★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 対応最悪な若い女性行員に当たりました。口座を天理支店で絶対に作らなければならなくて行ったのですが、馬鹿に説明するように、上から目線で説明され、「何回も言いますけどね.......｡」と1回で分かってるのに3回くらい念押しされました。最後まで笑顔一切無しで終始面倒くさそうでした。三連休前で忙しいのは分かりますが、それが仕事なのだから 嫌なら辞めたらいいと思いました。
名前を確認しようとしましたが、名前ケースにメモが入っていたり付箋を貼ってあって全く見えなくしてありました。今までに色んな南都銀行に行ったことがありますが、皆さん親切でしたのに、こんな対応をされたのは初めてでした。
Correspondence I hit the worst young female employee. I had to open an account at the Tenri branch, but as I explained to a fool, it was explained from the top, "I say it many times ...." I knew it once, but I was reminded about three times. It seemed to be troublesome from beginning to end without any smile until the end. I know I'm busy before the three consecutive holidays, but I thought I should quit if I don't like it because it's my job.
I tried to confirm the name, but it was completely invisible because there was a note in the name case or a sticky note. I've been to various Nanto Banks before, and even though everyone was kind, it was the first time for me to do something like this.
