★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「郡家町オアシス公園」は国道29号線沿いの溜め池(仲ノ田ため池)を囲む山際の保全林一帯の公園です。
特にため池の湖畔に一枚の案内板が掲げてあり、(安藤井手)(仲ノ田ため池)等についての詳しい説明があります。ここにオアシス公園を整備して先人の功績を後世に伝える役割を担っていることを強く感じました。
先祖代々からこの地に生きた人々は水不足に悩み続け、この地に必要な時期に必要な量の水が土地を潤し水田が増えることを願いました。
そのために弁財天宮と金比羅神社を近くに奉納して幕末の文政期になり願いが叶い、水路と水田、ため池が出来ました。
当時の方々の水に対する思いや、出来上がった水路やため池を眺めた際に、湧き上がる神様に対する信仰心の強さとこの世のオアシスを強く思い起こし感謝の念を抱いた事でしょう。
「郡家町オアシス公園」はこの案内板を通して先人の生活の有り様を垣間見せてくれました。
"Kouge Town Oasis Park" is a park in the mountainside conservation forest that surrounds the reservoir (Nakanoda Reservoir) along Route 29.
In particular, there is a guide board on the shore of the pond, which gives detailed explanations about (Ando Ide) (Nakanoda pond) and so on. I strongly felt that the Oasis Park was developed here and played a role in passing on the achievements of our predecessors to future generations.
People who have lived in this area since their ancestors have been suffering from water shortages, hoping that the necessary amount of water will moisten the land and increase the number of paddy fields when it is needed.
For that reason, Benzaitengu and Kotohira Shrine were dedicated nearby, and the wish came true during the Bunsei period at the end of the Edo period, and waterways, rice fields, and ponds were created.
When I looked at the water canals and ponds that were created, I think I was grateful for the strength of my faith in God and the oasis of the world.
"Gungecho Oasis Park" gave us a glimpse of the life of our predecessors through this information board.
