 We send mushroom sets to the year-end gifts every year. It costs about 20,000 yen for 5 people, but it seems to be pleased in the New Year ✌️ Thank you always ?

I was able to relax for lunch while gazing at the view from the large window by the river. I'm Shio Ramen (with boiled eggs), and those who are present are Mushroom Ramen, which is limited to 5 meals a day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何回も行ってるけど、時と場合によって品揃えが良くなかったりもします。が、売ってるものは新鮮！先日はとうもろこしを試しに購入したところ、今まで食べた中で1、2位を争う甘さで驚きました。みんなにお勧めしたいのは、パックで売ってる、鮭川産のいちごで作られたジャム。みんなにあの美味しさを知って欲しいです。
I've been there many times, but sometimes the product lineup isn't good. But what you sell is fresh! The other day, when I bought corn as a trial, I was surprised at the sweetness of competing for the 1st and 2nd place I had ever eaten. I would like to recommend to everyone the jam made from strawberries from Salmon River, which is sold in packs. I want everyone to know how delicious it is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 雪の壁があたりの景色を消し、何処に行くのか分からなくなり心配して車を走らせていた、(カーナビは付けていた)見たことの在る建物に感激して建物に入り在りました。目当てのきのこ?、やまぶしたけ。
The snow wall erased the scenery around me, and I was worried about where I was going, so I was driving a car. I was impressed by the building I had seen (with a car navigation system) and entered the building. Mushrooms I'm looking for ?, Yamabushi.

この村はキノコが名産とのことで、産直コーナーで珍しい“ヤマブシタケ”を買った時のこと。
同行者が、レジにいた40歳前後と思しき女性店員にヤマブシタケの食べ方を尋ねたところ、
“そこに食べ方が書かれた紙があるから、それを見よ”
との対応をされたとのこと。
“どんな料理に使うにしても一度茹でた方が良いのですか？”
という問いにも、
“そこの紙に書いてあるので…”
という一点張りのかとても無愛想な対応されたとのことで、かなり立腹しておりました。
実際いただいた紙にはそんな詳しい説明は書いてありませんでしたが…。
キノコが特産品なのに、商品知識のない店員さんだったんでしょうか？
こう言ってはなんですが、こういう僻地の施設は、よほどの武器となる特産品がなければ、安定経営や生き残りは厳しいのではないかと思います。
また、接客ひとつで、また来てみようとなるか、もう絶対来ないとなるか…、店員は大きな鍵を握っているのではないかとも思います。
そういう意味では、とても残念な施設のように思いました。
残念ながら、少なくとも私の家族の再訪問は絶対にありません。
経営者が、“どうせ田舎の産直施設だ、接客なんか二の次だ”と思っているとしたら、大怪我します。
老婆心ながら、社員教育の徹底が求められていると思います。
I visited on the afternoon of Saturday, October 9th.
Mushrooms are a specialty of this village, and I bought a rare "Yamabushitake" at the direct production corner.
When the companion asked a female clerk who seemed to be around 40 years old at the cash register how to eat lion's mane,
"There is a piece of paper with instructions on how to eat it, so look at it."
It was said that it was dealt with.
"What kind of dish should I boil once?"
To the question,
"Because it is written on the paper there ..."
I was quite angry because it was a very unfriendly response.
The paper I actually received didn't have such a detailed explanation ...
Was it a clerk who had no product knowledge even though mushrooms were a special product?
That being said, I think that stable management and survival of such remote facilities would be difficult without special products that can be used as weapons.
Also, I think that the clerk holds a big key, whether he will come again with just one customer service, or whether he will never come again.
In that sense, I thought it was a very disappointing facility.
Unfortunately, at least my family never revisits.
If the manager thinks that it is a direct production facility in the countryside, and that customer service is secondary, he will be seriously injured.
Although I am an old woman, I think that thorough employee education is required.
