★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付のおじさんによる丁寧な説明に火縄銃を持たせて戴いたりと、本当に良い体験もできました。歴史好きにはもってこいの場所ですね。こうゆう博物館があっても良いなと思いました。
 I was able to have a really good experience, such as having a matchlock with a polite explanation by the uncle at the reception. A great place for history lovers. I thought it would be nice to have a Koyu Museum.

展示品は撮影できるし、刀と火縄銃も持たせてくれるので、よい体験ができると思います。
Recommended for those interested in armor and swords.
You can take pictures of the exhibits and have a sword and a rope gun so you can have a good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ぜひ一度行ってほしい、特に歴史好きな子供におすすめ、本物の火縄銃を手に持つことが出来る、伝織田信長兜もなぜ伝がつくのかなどわかりやすく説明してくれます、建物の外に建物老朽化館長老朽化と書いてあります、館長さん喘息です頑張って。

館長の体調の様子をみながらしばらく土日に開館するそうです。
子供を連れての再びの来館
本物の火縄銃や十手を子供に持たせてもらい本人大喜びで昔の話しに聞き入ってました。
やはり、本物を触って実感する事によって興味を持つ事が出来る貴重な場所だと思いました。
ただ、今のコロナ禍で開館は難しくなって閉館するかもとおっしゃっていたのが残念でなりません。

鉄砲隊にお着替えもあり。
川越城築城530年を記念し1988年に開館した博物館で、中には川越城や川越藩ゆかりのものや、館長の感性に基づき集めたものなど歴史的資料が展示されています。
The 3rd floor is spectacular.
There is also a change of clothes in the gun corps.
Kawagoe Castle This museum was opened in 1988 to commemorate the 530th anniversary of the construction of the castle, and exhibits historical materials such as those related to Kawagoe Castle and the Kawagoe Domain, and those collected based on the director's sensibilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 私が時々お手伝いさせて頂いている博物館です。年明けに館長に写真を撮ってもらいました。真剣の打ち刀も良いですが、私は写真で持っている真剣の太刀をとても気に入っています。反りが強く重く大きい太刀です。実際に持ってみるともっと楽しんで頂ければと思います。お客さんの子供に撮って貰った写真も追記しておきます。
It's a museum that I sometimes help. I had the director take a picture at the beginning of the year. A serious sword is good, but I really like the serious sword I have in the picture. It is a large sword with strong warpage and heavy weight. I hope you will enjoy it more when you actually bring it. I will also add the photos taken by the customer's children.
