★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Crowded, really crowded. What's eye openning here is the fishing for lucky cham. For 100 Yen ot any amount, you can experience fishing out your luck. Fish can be kept as sovenior. Chams that you feel are unlucky can be tighted to the trees there. Next is a stream flowing waters belived to bring good luck after u cast a little human cut out paper, say some magic spell in Japanese, put it up stream & allow it to flow under the Shrine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A 15min walk from the candy alley. There's no pedestrian street so need to be cautious when heading there. Relatively small shrine. Hikawa shrines are built across the country representing love. This hikawa shrine had snapper lucky charms that represent finding your love.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shrine had a lot of construction next door, and it seems they are expanding the area in the future according to signage at the site. We were able to follow a small path to the rear, but only a couple of the cherry blossom tree had yet bloomed along the river.

Beautifully maintained shrine in the center of Kawagoe. We came here to visit because I wanted to see the River Behind it which during Hanami has a boat tour. Unfortunately there was none today.
I purchase a few good luck charms for our house and of course made a wish on the wishing wall.
Lots of photo opportunities if you’re into that.
I just enjoy visiting shrines to wish for health, success and happiness

The atmosphere was great, the Omamori was so pretty and unique that you fish it with the small rod, and could hear lots of beautiful Furin ringing.
It is a small shrine but has cute Omamori too:)
In the morning ( from 8am ) you can get limited Omamori too.
I will be back again☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a beautiful and fun shrine to visit! The wind chimes - which you can buy at the shrine - are beautiful and appear to be handmade.
This shrine is also popular for couples to visit. It’s considered good luck for lovers to walk around the two ancient trees on site (for good luck in the relationship).
Free entry. Well worth a visit!
