★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 川舩稲荷神社登記によると、明治40年旧4月10日に建立されたという事が分かる。
新暦9月20日前後に開帳され、のぼり旗が建てられたり、鳥居に注連縄を付けたりする。
普段は閉じている。
風化で崩れかけてはいるが、狛犬と狛狐が居る。
地域住民によって境内が美しく保たれていて、信仰の深さが伺われる。
個人的には子供の頃アリジゴクやアシナガグモを観察していた記憶がある。（どちらも多かった）
西和賀全体で見てもトップクラスに大きい稲荷神社なのは間違いない。
こういう神社は大切にしていきたいと切に願うばかりです。
