m	mikasa 291295 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 醤油ベトコンラーメンを選びました。すり鉢状のどんぶりでボリュームがありそうに見えたのに、あっさりと食べれてしまった。辛めで、もやしがシャキシャキ、中に潰れたホクホクのニンニクが3〜4個沈んでて、若干焦げたニラも良い。スープがずっと熱くて、汗やら鼻水が出てきてしまい、ハフハフしながら最後まで美味しく頂きました。連れが味噌ベトコンを頼んでいて(作り方の関係で連れの味噌のが先に来た)、辛味噌で挽肉が入ってて美味しそうだった。味噌を頼んだお客様が多い感じ。何杯か一緒に作っていて、具材の偏りは出たりしないのかなと思ってしまった。個人的にはもっとニンニクが欲しい(笑) カウンターは確かに近くに荷物を置く場所などはなく、どっしり構えて食べたいならテーブルの方がいいかもですが、私自身は気になりませんでした。来た時点で4人の方が待っていて、1人の方を先にカウンターに案内されてたので、すぐ食べたいならばカウンターでいいと思います。作ってるとこも目の前で見れますし。感染対策としては、厨房とカウンターの間が結構近いので、透明の仕切りがあってもいいかも？ I chose soy sauce Viet Cong Ramen.
