Y	YOKO H. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 牛春雨プルコギとメンチカツの合い盛り定食。どうやら2021年4月9日発売の期間限定の新メニューのようなのですが、わたしは本日はカツ丼に固執していなかったのでこちらにすることにしました。ちなみにまわりを見渡すと、確かにこれを頼んでいる人が多いような感じです。店員さんも「合い盛りお願いね～」なんて声出しあっているくらいですから。さて、牛春雨プルコギとメンチカツの合い盛り定食は、メインの料理の脇に大量のキャベツと、ご飯と豚汁。この豚汁というチョイスが素敵ですね。卓上には壺漬がおいてあります。これはからやまと同じ仕様なんですね。(からやまは塩辛だったか？) 牛春雨プルコギは牛バラ肉と野菜(ピーマン、人参など）と具だくさんで、そこに大量の春雨のっていてボリューム満点。早速いただいてみるがやや甘めで味が濃い目なのでご飯が進みます。というか、かなり濃い目なので付け合わせのキャベツを混ぜながら食べたほうがいいかもしれません。あと、あとから気付いたのですが、半熟のたまごをトッピングしてかけて食べると素敵な味になったかもしれません。メンチカツは多い目のものが二つ。これはまあ普通です。ご飯は結構多め。そして豚汁は具材がたっぷりでチェーン店の豚汁とは思えない仕様。これなら40円追加して大盛りにすればよかったかもしれません。壺漬は箸休めにはいい感じでセルフで取れるようにしてもらえるのはとてもよい。好きなだけいただけます。しかし全体的に多いので食べるのに苦労しましたが、美味しいのであっという間に完食です。プルコギというネーミングではありますが、プルコギそのものを期待するとちょっと違うかもしれないので注意が必要。 A set meal of beef vermicelli bulgogi and minced meat cutlet.
