ア	アイリス on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何度か利用しています。総合的に従業員は丁寧な方が多いと思ってます。が、今回担当してくれた女性従業員の態度は最悪でした。クールと言えば聞こえはいいかな。自転車を2週間前に注文して、最初は男性従業員に1週間って言われていたけど、連絡なし。 2週間経ったので、こちらから電話してみたら、届いてると。連絡って来ないものなのでしょうか？それで、まあやっと自転車が手元に届いたのですが、女性従業員、ツンケンした印象。最後、店外に自転車運んでくれましたが、そのまま無言で店内に戻って行きました。「え、終わったのかな？もう帰ってもいいのかな？」って感じでした。「ありがとうございました」のひと言もなかったのはどうなのかな？と。今回、割と高い自転車(自分の中では)を買ったのに、なんかちょっと残念な感じでした。次、しばらくしたら子どもの自転車をまたあさひで、と思っていたのですが。女性従業員に関しては、まだまだ気になる部分はありますが、あまり詳しく書いても自分を特定されても困るので(店の人に)。 I have used it several times.
