As it is a long-established eel restaurant that has been around for 50 years, I received an eel bowl. The eel was domestically produced (Shizuoka, Aichi, Kagoshima) and was a california-based Kanto-yaki, and of course the sauce was delicious, but I was able to enjoy the taste of the eel itself.
