夜は呑み優先で、定食は頼まない方が無難でしょうか。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 三ノ輪橋周辺には、中国人が経営する中華料理店が二軒ある。この「勝生 (しょうせい)」は大関横丁の交差点から日光街道沿いに徒歩０分の距離を歩いた角にある。
ＪＲ千住大橋の駅前にも支店があってオーナー夫婦が２軒を切り盛りしている。奥さんはメニューにない面倒なリクエストにも嫌な顔せず厨房の調理人へ中国語で伝え、いつも対応してくれるのでつい々お店にリピートしてしまう。
お薦めは「勝生スペシャル」。画像は五目チャーハンとミニラーメン (鶏塩)のセットと担々麺と半チャーハンのセット。それに海老ラーメンの単品。
勝生スペシャルには野菜サラダとザーサイにデザートとして杏仁豆腐が付いてくる。全体的に薄味だが麺自体が美味しいので単品で五目焼きそばなどもオーダーすることもあるが、昼ごはんとして利用するので他は食べたことがない。
There are two Chinese restaurants run by Chinese people around Minowa Bridge. This "Shosei" is located at the corner of the Nikko Kaido, a 0-minute walk from the intersection of Ozeki Yokocho.

We recommend "Katsuo Special". The image is a set of Gomoku fried rice and mini ramen (chicken salt) and a set of dandan noodles and half fried rice. Besides, the shrimp ramen is a single item.
The Katsuo Special comes with vegetable salad, Zha cai and almond tofu as a dessert. Although the taste is light overall, the noodles themselves are delicious, so I sometimes order Gomoku Yakisoba as a single item, but since I use it for lunch, I have never eaten anything else.

まずは寄り道セットを注文します。
こちらは飲み物1杯と小皿料理1品と点心1皿で980円です。
私は生ビールとブタ耳和え春巻きを注文しました。
ブタ耳和えもコリット感ともっちり感が合わさって何とも言えない旨さです。
春巻きも辛子醤油でいだきます。
カラッと仕手いてこれも旨いです。
飲み物が足りなかったのでウーロン杯を追加２杯頂きました。締めは大好きな広東麺をいただきました。味はまあまあといった感じ。でした。
