私の中では、近くに行ったら寄ってみる町中華屋さんの位置づけ。
気さくなママさんのおかげで入りやすいんだと思います。
パラパラなチャーハンが好きな方ですが、こちらではちょいしっとりめに仕上がったチャーハンを何故だか頼んでしまう、、、不思議です。
以前冷やし担々麺を食した際、なかなかの辛さがありましたので、お好きな方はどーぞ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 色んな中華メニューあり。四川・広東がベースのよう。夜でも定食があり使い勝手が良い。味はハズレがないが、ビールの鮮度(あるいは店内のニオイのせい？)はいまいちな感じがした。店員の接客は好印象。

麺は豊華食品の縮れ細麺。
茹で加減は柔らかいが喉越し良好。
具材：豚肉・キャベツ・モヤシ・人参・ニラで構成。
具は炒めてから煮るので十分に熱が通る。
野菜は種類が少なめだが量は多い。
豚肉は至って普通の肩ロースの小間切れ。
スープは白濁した塩味。
出汁は旨味が十分なので乾物系をプラス？？？
コッテリ感もあって美味しいスープでした。
コーヒーゼリーはデザートに最適。
値段はやや高めに思えました。
タバコは常時可みたいです。
