荒	荒井正夫 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 近所で、美味しいとの評判を聞いて、お邪魔しました。長崎ちゃんぽんは旨みタップリなスープに魚介の具や、野菜がタップリ入って。ちゃんぽん麺との相性抜群。皿うどんは、バリバリ系と、太麺の軟麺系の二種類がありました。バリバリ系の麺は、極細麺をパリパリに揚げた上に、具沢山のあんが掛かっています。太麺系は、茹でた太麺にあんが掛かった一品。皿うどんといえば、バリバリ系の物しか知りませんでしたが、太麺も美味しくてビックリ。個人的には、太麺の皿うどんが好みですねぇ。また、長崎のウスターソースも出していただけるので、お好きな方は長崎を思い出してソースを掛けて頂いて下さい。ちゃんぽんや皿うどんの他、中華のメニューも豊富なので、いろいろなシーンで重宝しそうです。 In the neighborhood, I heard that it was delicious, and bothered me.
