古民家風の素敵なお店です。 ほうとうはカボチャほうとうと肉ほうとうの2種類 カフェメニューもありました。 今頃は紅葉も素敵でしたよ

かぼちゃほうとうと肉ほうとうと舞茸ごはんだけのシンプルなメニューのお店。それだけにほうとうへのこだわりは強い。 自家製味噌とこだわりの水でつくられたほうとうは、すっきりした味わいに仕上がってます。量も一般的なお店よりはやや小ぶりに感じました。
Pumpkin hoto, meat hoto and Maitake mushrooms with a simple menu. For that reason, he has a strong commitment to hoto. The hoto made with homemade miso and special water has a refreshing taste. I felt that the amount was a little smaller than that of a general store.

平日に休みが取れ、暇を持て余していたため思いつきで山梨へ。 ぶどうの丘でパンフレットでこちらのお店を知り、距離も近そうだから訪れてみました。 どうやら、土建屋さんの一角で営まれているようです。 お昼時でしたが他には数組の客のみ、かぼちゃほうとうをオーダー。 ほどなくしてほうとうが運ばれてきました。 味は薄めで汁も温め・・・正直なところ、期待値には達していませんでした。 訪れたタイミングの問題かも知れませんが。
I took a day off on weekdays and had some spare time, so I came up with the idea and went to Yamanashi. I found out about this shop in the pamphlet on the hill of grapes, and I visited it because it seems to be close. Apparently, it is run in a corner of the earth-moving building. It was lunchtime, but only a few other customers ordered pumpkin hoto. Soon after, the hoto was brought in. The taste was light and the juice was warm ... To be honest, it didn't reach the expected value. It may be a matter of timing when I visited.

観光シーズンから外れた平日で空いてました。 カボチャほうとうは優しい味。肉ほうとうはコクのある味。舞茸ごはんはほうとうを邪魔しないさっぱりめ。 ワイナリーが集まる地域にあるので、ワイナリー訪問の間にオススメです。
It was vacant on weekdays outside the tourist season. Pumpkin hoto has a gentle taste. Meat hoto has a rich taste. Maitake rice is refreshing and does not interfere with hoto. It is recommended during a winery visit as it is located in an area where wineries gather.

8月最後の土曜日、コロナ禍のせめてもの思い出作りにと中央高速に乗って勝沼までドライブ。信玄餅工場で、信玄餅詰め放題をやりたかったが残念ながら整理券配布終了。こんなところも密みつミツなのでした。(自分もその原因の一つだけど) ならばせめて昼食は美味しいものをとこちらに訪問。11時半頃の入店はギリ即案内、次の人たちは名前を書いて暑い中外でお待ち。とはいえ、我々の席は冷房などなく、中の座敷もみんな暑そうにしている。 メニューは単品のかぼちゃほうとう、肉ほうとう、舞茸ご飯のみ。繁忙期は残念ながらセットはないらしい。ならばと肉ほうとうとまいたけごはんを注文。ほうとうならば20〜30分はかかるだろうと思いきや10分程度で到着。 いただきます。鉄鍋に入ってる割には熱々ではない。味も夏の暑いさかりにはやや薄め。かぼちゃは大きめのものが2こ、肉も豚バラ肉がちらほら。そしてこれでもかと言わんばかりの量がほうとうの魅力だかまら同席の女子もペロリと完食してしまう程度のもの。舞茸ご飯は香りよく味も良かっただけに、ほうとうのクオリティには、大きな疑問符がつく。 店の規模の割には店員も少なく(家族経営ぽい)もっと人を雇って回転させるとか、エアコンつけるとか、改善の余地はたくさんある店でした。 あ、もちろんコロナ対策などなく、店内も密です。それでもよければどうぞ。

However, our seats are not air-conditioned, and the tatami rooms inside are all looking hot. The menu is only pumpkin hoto, meat hoto, and maitake mushroom rice. Unfortunately, there seems to be no set during the busy season. I ordered meat hoto and maitake rice. I thought it would take 20 to 30 minutes, but I arrived in about 10 minutes. I'll enjoy having this. It's not hot for being in an iron pot. The taste is a little lighter in the hot summer. There are two large pumpkins, and the meat is pork belly. And even with this, the amount that is just like that is the charm of the hoto, and even the girls who are present will eat up with a lick. Maitake rice was fragrant and tasty, so the quality of hoto is a big question mark. For the size of the store, there were few staff (family-owned), and there was plenty of room for improvement, such as hiring more people to rotate the store and turning on the air conditioner. Oh, of course, there are no measures against corona, and the inside of the store is dense. If you don't mind, please.

慶千セットを肉に変えて注文。昔食べた思い出とは全く違い美味しく食べられた。お味噌も自家製のようで、懐かしい味だ。見た目よりあっさりと食べられた。思ったよりお腹がいっぱいになり、ご飯まで手を付けられなかった。そして、お店の佇まいが懐かしくもあり落ち着く空間が好きだ。
I changed the Keisen set to meat and ordered it. It was deliciously different from the memories I ate in the past. Miso is also homemade and has a nostalgic taste. It was easier to eat than it looked. I was fuller than I expected and couldn't even touch the rice. And I like the calm space because the appearance of the shop is nostalgic.

観光中ほうとうを食べたくて選んだお店 お昼を過ぎた14:00頃だったせいか2組、しかし食事をしてる間にどんどん来店してきた。 慶千セットを注文 自家製味噌を使ったほうとうが本当美味しかった 野菜も沢山入ってるし、炊き込みご飯は優しい味。 味の染みた大根も固めプリンも美味。 自家製味噌は1kg1500円で販売していました。 中庭を眺めながらの食事できる雰囲気も良かったので、また食べに行きたいです。
