一言で言うと『絶対』一度は訪れた方が良いお店だと思います！
山梨県で数少ない甲州サーモンをお刺身で食べられる貴重なお店です♪
こちらで提供されている甲州サーモンは旨みが非常に強く、歯応えも程い肉厚も十分にあるお刺身でした♪
味に関しては、文句無しの美味し差です！
また、店員さんも非常に接客が良く、気持ちよく過ごす事ができます♪
店内も雰囲気が良く、落ち着いた空間でゆっくり食事を楽しむ事ができます。
トイレも非常に綺麗で清掃が行き届いていたのもかなりの高評価です！
いつしか山梨までこのお店目当てに来る様になる程でした♪
カップルや夫婦、女子旅の方達にもオススメだと思います(^^)
山梨に訪れた際は是非一度立ち寄って見て下さい∩^ω^∩

It is a valuable shop where you can eat Koshu salmon with sashimi, which is one of the few in Yamanashi prefecture ♪
The Koshu salmon offered here was a sashimi that had a very strong taste and was chewy and thick enough.
As for the taste, there is no complaint about the difference in taste!
In addition, the clerk is also very good at serving customers, so you can spend your time comfortably ♪
The atmosphere inside the store is also good, and you can enjoy your meal slowly in a calm space.
The toilet is also very clean and well-cleaned, which is highly evaluated!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 建物が古民家を改造した？作りになっていてテーブルと掘りごたつの席があるようです。入口で靴を脱いで座敷に上がる型式。テーブルは広めで４人でも充分な広さでした。
馬刺しが美味しかった。ほうとうはなかなかのボリュームがありましたが、５年生でも完食して、満足出来るほど美味しかったです。日帰りだった為、お酒は控えましたが、近くに泊まるならゆっくり飲みたいと思える空間でした。
Did the building remodel an old folk house? It is made and seems to have a table and a digging seat. A model that takes off shoes at the entrance and goes up to the tatami room. The table was wide enough for 4 people.
The horse sashimi was delicious. The hoto had a lot of volume, but it was delicious enough to be satisfied even in the 5th grade. Since it was a day trip, I refrained from drinking, but it was a space where I would like to drink slowly if I stayed nearby.

きっかけは店の外観に引き寄せられて…
店内はとても素敵で、接客も最高に良かったです。
かなり好印象ったので、昨日の出来事のように思い出されます。
もちろん、料理の感想は★５！
全てにおいて★５だと思います。
コロナ落ち着いたら、ドライブの目的地は間違いなく『完熟屋』さんです！

The inside of the store was very nice and the customer service was the best.
I was so impressed that it reminds me of what happened yesterday.
Of course, the impression of cooking is ★ 5!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10年近く前、ほうとうを食べたくなり、19時頃検索したらここが出てきた。行って見たら古民家を使った雰囲気の良い店。
ほうとう以外に目を引く料理が有りそちらをオーダー
竹籠に入った【甲州竹籠セット】は女性にぴったりかも。
後日、家族を連れて行ったらこちらをオーダー、スティクの野菜は野菜そのもの味で好評だった、それ以来、年に一度は訪問。
Nearly 10 years ago, I wanted to eat hoto, and when I searched around 19:00, it came out here. If you go and see it, you will find a nice atmosphere using an old folk house.

The [Koshu Bamboo Basket Set] in the bamboo basket may be perfect for women.
Later, when I took my family with me, I ordered this, and Stick's vegetables were popular because of the taste of the vegetables themselves. Since then, I have visited once a year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Hoto, the regional specialised noodle, you can enjoy it here. Also, there are many dishes which are worth trying, like vegetable tempura, original spice. I will revisit here when I travel that region again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant has a history of 120 years or so and is definitely worth to check out! Delicious hoto noodles! It's a special dish in the area where the noodles are wider and slightly thicker. The soup is delicious and lots of vegetables are added. The amount is huge too so you'll definitely be full after the meal. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Place is popular among locals too and there's enough seating inside.
