なんの特徴もない味のボケた醤油ラーメンと塩の塊が残る焼き飯？また食べたいとは思わない。立地にしては高めだし。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店構えは新しいのですが、1975年からやっている「カツミ軒」に行ってきました。
昭和の味を謳っているので、懐かしのラーメンでしょう。
ラーメンは鶏と豚のダブルスープ。
500円で食べられます。
公園の前で景色もよいので外で食べてもよいのですが、まだ寒いので中のカウンターで頂きました。
ラーメンはネギが多め。うれしいです。
スープもちょうどよい味で非常に美味しかったです。
谷保には懐かしいラーメン屋さんがたくさんあってよい街ですね。

The store is new, but I went to "Katsumi eaves" since 1975.
It is a nostalgic ramen because it shows the taste of Showa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 谷保にある街の中華食堂です。店内はカウンター席のみで、店の外にテーブルが2つのみ。お店の向かいに公園があり、注文時に言えば、公園まで出前してくれます。
ラーメン単品で550円、ラーメンと半チャーハンのセットで900円という安さ。ラーメンは塩と醤油が選べ、醤油を食べてみたところ、本当に昔ながらのやや澄んだスープのラーメンでした。ラーメンもチャーハンも少し油は多めですね。
テーブル席は店の前にあるだけに、私が訪問した時はタバコを吸っている客がいました。店が狭いだけにたちまちタバコ臭くなってしまったのが残念。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 完全に昭和の味。ラーメンはあっさり醤油で、具材も昔ながらの少なめトッピング。チャーハンは胡椒が効いて美味しかった。
Completely Showa taste. The ramen is light soy sauce, and the ingredients are a little traditional topping. The fried rice was delicious with pepper.

下茹でもしていないとっても小さな豚肉細切れが4、5枚。味噌の風味はほとんどしないがヤケに黒い。油まみれのキャベツとネギだけのとってもシンプルでヘルシーなホイコーロが800円！
I had a Hoikoro set meal.
4 or 5 pieces of very small pieces of pork that have not been boiled. The flavor of miso is almost non-existent, but it is black and discolored. A very simple and healthy hoikoro with only oily cabbage and green onions is 800 yen!

開放的な店で外にもテーブル席があって石油ストーブも置いてある
目の前に公園があって石のベンチもあるから結構店の前は、たむろして賑わっている
もう先代のお爺さんが外のテーブルで餃子のアンを皮に入れて作っている。
結構人気な店で常連客が来ている。
かに玉も厚みがあって旨かった。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a small ramen place but the food is delicious and very affordable. We were given a free Kimchi to go with the ramen. The curry rice tastes super good too. Don't forget to order lemon sour to complete the meal. Overall, it's a good place to chill after a tiring work week.
