写真のお蕎麦が美味しそうだし値段もリーズナブルだったので頂きました。
そしたら‼️すごく美味しかった。:-)
あっさりおろし蕎麦を頂いたが、麺もツユも自分好みでドンピシャ。丁寧に作られている気がしました。 また是非寄りたいです。

I got a freshly made soba noodles, but the noodles and tsuyu don donsha. I felt that it was made carefully. I want to stop by again.

道の駅で☝️だけのお蕎麦はなかなか食べれません。オーナーの丁寧なお仕事が、素晴らしい❗️
今日はお豆腐ハンバーガーも食べました。次はデザートいただきたいと思います

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 白川茶うどん、とてもおいしかったです。麺にコシがあり、梅干しが入っていてさっぱりと食べられます。また食べたくなる味です。他にも季節の麺などいろいろあります。混雑時はできるまで多少待つこともありますが、ひとつずつ丁寧につくっている印象です。
Shirakawa tea udon was very delicious. The noodles have a firmness and can be eaten refreshingly with plum dried. I want to eat it again. There are many other seasonal noodles. When it is crowded, you may have to wait a bit until you can, but it is the impression that you are making one by one carefully.

優しい風味ながらしっかりとした旨味のある出汁が魅力的で、味の染みた大根、豚肉をはじめとする具材たちの調和した味が特徴的です。添えられた輪切りレモンで味変をするのも一興と大変楽しく美味しい時間でした。
もちろん通常メニューも大変味が良いので売り切れでも気を落とされぬよう。
室内席もありますが、テラス席の眺望が大変良く、山々に囲まれた飛騨川の流れを見下ろしながらとる食事は最高の一言に尽きます。
周囲に桜が植えられているようでしたので、時期になれば花見も楽しめるでしょう。

There are indoor seats, but the view of the terrace seats is very good, and the meal you eat while looking down on the flow of the Hida River surrounded by mountains is just the best word.
It seemed that cherry blossoms were planted around it, so you can enjoy cherry blossom viewing when the time comes.
