磨崖阿弥陀三尊像この石仏は、岩倉開元寺の伽藍中枢部への登り口に位置して南側に阿弥陀三尊を彫り込んでいます。岩の上半部を大きく抉って平らな面を作り出し、三尊像を半肉彫りにしています。中尊の阿弥陀如来坐像は蓮華座上に座り衣を編袒右肩にまとい両手は膝前に組んで阿弥陀の定印を結んでいます。膝の衣文の表現は省略されています。向かって右側に合掌して蓮華座に立つ勢至菩薩は、簡単に頭髪部の眉目をあらわし、衣文の表現もほとんど省略し蓮華座も椀状の輪郭のみ表現されています。左側の観音立像は両手の上に蓮台らしまものを持っています。像の表現は勢至菩薩と同じで簡略化されています。室町時代作

The upper half of the rock is deeply carved to create a flat surface, and the Sanson statue is carved in half. The sitting statue of Amida Nyorai, the middle priest, sits on the lotus seat, wears a garment on his right shoulder, and his hands are folded in front of his knees to tie the Amida seal. The expression of the knee garment is omitted. Mahasthamaprapta, who stands in the lotus position with his hands on the right side, easily shows the eyebrows of the hair, omitting most of the clothing, and the lotus position also expresses only the bowl-shaped outline. The statue of Kannon on the left holds a lotus stand on both hands. The expression of the statue is the same as that of Mahasthamaprapta and is simplified. Muromachi period work
