m	morio koba on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東京ドームシティGallery AaMo(ギャラリーアーモ)の刃牙展を鑑賞後、遅い昼食のために入店した。刃牙展とのコラボレーションで、期間限定のメニューやコラボ商品の発売もしています。店内にもポスターなども貼ってあり余韻を楽しめます。ただし注文したのは通常ランチメニューの回鍋肉定食でした。回鍋肉は、辛目、甘め、塩味きつめ、国民食のクックドゥなど色々味付けありますが、紅虎餃子房の回鍋肉はかなり好きな味です。甘みは強いがチョット辛目、スープがやや薄味で、漬け物が酸っぱく口直しに丁度良いバランスです。個人の見解ですが、紅虎餃子房の料理は、日本人に合った味付けのように感じます。やや高めの設定ですが、味と量を考えればお勧めです。追加情報として、新型コロナ感染予防のため、店内のトイレは使用禁止のため、店外のトイレの使用となるのでそこは少し不便です。 After watching the Baki exhibition at Tokyo Dome City Gallery AaMo, I entered the store for a late lunch. From my personal point of view, the food of Benito Gyoza Bunch feels like a seasoning that suits Japanese people. This is a slightly higher setting, but it is recommended considering the taste and quantity. As additional information, in order to prevent the infection of the new corona, the use of the toilet inside the store is prohibited, so it is a little inconvenient to use the toilet outside the store.
