Y	Yuki Izumi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3度の引越しでお世話になっています。営業の方々のご対応は申し分ないのですが、事務？の方の電話対応が酷すぎて驚きました。以前の住居の契約の件で相談したく電話したのですが、確かに光熱費の話も含みましたが、それらひっくるめての相談だったし、前回の大家さんが連絡が取りにくい方なので、何か用事があれば一旦弊社に連絡を、と言われていたので電話したのに、光熱費はうちに言われても困ります。の一点張り。何度かこちらから聞いて下さい、と言ってやっとこさ話を聞いて貰い、とりあえず大家さんには連絡しとくけど、私には連絡しないからと言われ、呆然。それは違うだろと上席に変われと伝え、不在なので折り返すとのことになったのですが、その後しばらくすると、また事務の人から立て続け(1分と間を開けず)に5回も不在着信。仕事の電話をしていたのに、立て続けにキャッチが入り非常に迷惑でした。その後営業の方から謝罪は頂きましたが、あれは事務なので対応が至らずすみません、と。事務だから客対応出来ないのが言い訳になるとでも思っているのかとまた驚きました。電話対応くらいの簡単なビジネスマナーもできないのはそもそも社会人として如何なものかと思いました。 Thank you for moving 3 times.
