Soy sauce ramen with plenty of bean sprouts, and the noodles are very thick. I was worried that I couldn't finish the meal, but I received it. But maybe the bean sprouts were just boiled, it was easy. The soup is also light and surprisingly matches the thick noodles. It was delicious while mixing 1 char siu, 1 egg and garlic on another plate.
