★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021/9 先日食べた浪江の『龍次』に続いて南相馬の豚骨醤油ラーメンを試しました。
こちらは券売機で食券購入のスタイルです。
まずは普通に豚骨醤油とネギ丼を注文。
ラーメンが700円でネギ丼は250円なので龍次の900円のラーメンよりはお得感ありです。
流石に見た目の完成度では龍次が上でデフォルトの具材では見劣りします。
味は悪くないですが麺は太麺でも中細程度の麺です。
ネギ丼は中通りのアサカ商事のラーショより旨いです。
白髮ネギがシャキシャキでアサカラーショの様にタレに漬かり過ぎてクタクタになってません。
塩味も良い塩梅。
 2021/9 I tried Minamisoma's pork bone soy sauce ramen following Namie's "Ryuji" that I ate the other day.
This is a style of purchasing meal tickets at a ticket vending machine.
First of all, I usually order pork bone soy sauce and green onion bowl.
The ramen is 700 yen and the green onion bowl is 250 yen, so it's more profitable than Ryuji's 900 yen ramen.
Ryuji is on top in terms of perfection, and the default ingredients are inferior.
The taste is not bad, but the noodles are medium-thin even if they are thick.
The green onion bowl is better than the rasho of Asaka Shoji on Nakadori.
The white onion is crispy and is not soaked in the sauce like Asakarasho.
Shioume with good saltiness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とんこつしょうゆ 太麺 全部普通 黒マー油トッピングで頂きました。
スープの味はとても美味しかったです。
ただ、太麺という割には麺は太くないです。一般的な中華麺と同じ太さくらい。トッピングのワカメに磯臭さを感じたので次回からは抜きにしたいと思います。
同時に頼んだつけ麺のスープがぬるすぎたので、もっと熱々にして欲しいです。温めれるように電子レンジ置いてくれると嬉しいです。
チャーハンはめちゃくちゃ美味しかった。
餃子の味は普通だけど焼きがあまい。
Tonkotsu soy sauce thick noodles were all served with normal black mar oil topping.
The taste of the soup was very good.
However, the noodles are not thick for the thick noodles. About the same thickness as ordinary Chinese noodles. I felt the seaweed toppings smelled like seaweed, so I would like to remove them from the next time.
At the same time, the tsukemen soup I ordered was too lukewarm, so I want it to be hotter. I would be grateful if you could put it in the microwave so that it could be warmed up.
The fried rice was insanely delicious.
The taste of dumplings is normal, but the grilling is sweet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 節チャーシュー麺（醤油）を硬さ普通・脂普通・も一つ普通で中太麺で頂きました。
塩も味噌もあります。
麺はスパゲティ用のような感じですがスープが程よくからんで美味しかったです。
チャーハンも頼めばよかったと後悔しました。
I had the kushi char siu noodles (soy sauce) as medium-thick noodles with normal hardness, normal fat, and one normal.
There are both salt and miso.
The noodles are like spaghetti, but the soup was moderately entwined and delicious.
I regretted that I should have asked for fried rice as well.

味噌オケの中に埋もれているぐらい、ミソ好きには、たまらない香り！
担々麺は、マイルドだが、山椒とゴマが効いてて普通に美味しい。追い飯が付いてくる。
餃子は、皮がパリッと中味はちゃんと美味しい！
チャーハンは、塩味が効いて、卵の風味もありもつと食べたくなります！
ダブルでもペロッといけそー！
店内写真撮影NGですが、食べ物だけ限定撮影OKでした！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s has a very clean and calm atmosphere. The 2 staff were polite but very quiet.
The Bushi flavored Tonkotsu shoyu and shio ramen are absolutely delicious. It’s like added pork fat/grease that adds an extra kick of flavor to your ramen.
