大勝軒などの魚介系つけ麺のインパクトが大きすぎるので醤油豚骨では対抗できないと思う

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ チャーシューつけ麺とライスを頼みました。他の店はスープが美味しいからつけ麺全体が美味しく思えるが、ここは自家製麺だからこそスープ付けずにそのまま、食べれる。
作り手のこだわりが素材一つ一つに見られる。
自分的には、横浜関内のひとふんばり、馬込沢の目黒屋に並ぶ名店と思う。
I ordered char siu tsukemen and rice. The soup is delicious at other restaurants, so the whole tsukemen looks delicious, but since it's homemade noodles, you can just eat it without soup.
The maker's commitment can be seen in each material.
For me, I think it's a famous restaurant lined up in the Meguro shop in Magomezawa, one of the Yokohama Kannai areas.

スープに深みがない。
レンゲでスープをすすると、『うん？』
二口目で確信に至ります。
深みが足りない。
私は、関東の至る所、ラーメン屋さんを巡ることしか楽しみがありません。
店主は、人良さそうな感じでしたが、うまいラーメンとは程遠い。
行ってみてください。
スープの深みが如何に大切なのかを痛感できます。
もう少しありませんが、ラーメンは、見た目よりも味がものを言います。

正直、10点。
メンマは多分、市販。
玉子は、黒酢をきかせすぎ。如何に仕込んだたまごを長持ちさせるかということが伝わります。
店主には、申し訳ありませんが、スープに深みがなく、ラーメンの付け合わせの統一感も一切ありません。
おすすめはできません。
気になるようでしたら、一度、行ってみてください。

ふと麺系が食べたくなり、自宅からも近いので寄ってみました。店員さんの対応もよかったし好印象です。
スペシャルつけ麺大盛りににんにくをトッピングして頼んでみました。半ライスも追加で。
麺の上にピリ辛の肉味噌と食べるラー油みたいなにんにくのスライスが乗っていて、その上に味玉が乗っかっていました。他はメンマ、チャーシュー、水菜が添えられていました。
スープが他の店と違って特殊で、石釜みたいな器にグツグツ煮立った状態で出てきました。飲む場合は少し冷めてからが良さそうです。
肉味噌が中々に美味しくて、麺単体でスープと食べてから徐々に肉味噌も混ぜていくと味が変わっていって飽きが来にくいです。味玉とチャーシューも美味しかったです。
個人経営のお店みたいですが、やはり有名店と比べてしまうと見劣りしてしまうと思い星4を付けさせていただきます。なにやら酷評してる自称グルメさんがちらほら居ますが、普通に美味しいので気にすること無いと思います。

It looks like a privately run store, but I think it will be inferior to a famous store, so I will give it a star 4. There are some self-proclaimed gourmets who are criticizing something, but I don't think you should worry about it because it is usually delicious.

注文したのは、味玉つけ麺
つけ汁は石鍋みたいな器に入ってグツグツしてます。炙りチャーシューもジューシー。
全体的に味が濃いめでしたが完食。
店員さんの対応はとても良い感じでした。

A、B、CセットがサイドメニューでありAは忘れましたがBセットがカキフライ+ライスでどれも300円で安い！今回はCセットを頼みましたが、デカイ唐揚げが3つ+ライスで300円は安い！そして、美味しい。
赤い肉味噌は見た目辛そうですが、甘いです。個人的には肉味噌はなくてもいいかも！でもスープと麺美味しいです。お腹いっぱいになりました?
次はチャーシューラーメンとカキフライのB
セットで食べたいです。

でも、流石にラーメンだと暑すぎるので、つけ麺にしました。
注文から出てくるまでには少し時間がかかるので、お急ぎの方はやめたほうがいいです。
つけ麺は、大きいチャーシューと水菜がのっています。ラーメンに水菜は初めて見ました。
シャキシャキしていて、ラーメンとよく合うんですね。
スープにはビックリしました。石焼の器で煮えたぎった状態で出てきました。
暑い日に、アツアツのつけ麺ですよ。まさか、こんなに熱くなってくるなんて予想もしなかったですね。
スープは濃厚で甘口ですね。とても、美味しいのですが、口をつけてスープを飲むと大変なことになりますので、
