た	たなつぺ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ チャーシューが美味しい。麺は極細でソーメンみたい。というコメントから4年を経て再訪問しました。前回は確か写真アップなしで担々麺を戴きました。今回は醤油チャーシュー麺を注文しました。細麺のつるっとしってかつコシが適度にある感じが絶妙で 4年を経て美味しさが分かった気がします。寺子屋系でスープと麺だけのメニューがありますが,それだけ情熱を注ぎこんでいるのでしょうね。スープもあっさりとして優しい味わいで美味しいです。チャーシューは柔らかくて良いです。寺子屋系は基本的に美味しい事を再認識しました。ただときどきお店が休みなときがあり注意が必要です。遠方のときは電話確認要ですね。 The char siu is delicious. There is a menu of only soup and noodles in the Terakoya style, but I think that's how much passion you put into it. The soup is also delicious with a light and gentle taste. The char siu is soft and good. The Terakoya system basically reaffirmed that it was delicious. However, please note that the shop is sometimes closed. You need to confirm the phone when you are far away.

松	松田昌久 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 特選ごま辛味そば¥900を麺大盛¥150で頂きました。平日雨降りの１２時に外待ち四人目、名前と人数を記名して待ちます、１５分後に入店出来ました。美味しいのですが、同じ寺子屋出身の天王台“豆でっぽう”さんと比べると全ての点で劣っていると言わざるを得ません。具はさほど入っておらずチャーシューも小さいのが入っていて値段も割高と感じました。 We had special sesame spicy soba ¥ 900 for a large serving of noodles ¥ 150. ト	トマト脳 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とにかく作りが丁寧です。普通のラーメンをもっと美味しくした感じです。コッテリ系が好きな人にはウケないかもしれないが、麺も具もみんな丁寧に盛り付けられていて誠意が感じられるのが好きです。あと雲呑がとても美味しいのと、タンメンがキャベツではなく白菜を使っているので、白菜の旨味が出ていてとても良い味になってます。最後に麺は細麺でパスタのようにプツプツと歯応えがあり喉ごしも良い細麺好きにはたまらないです。 Anyway, the making is polite. M	Mike Okamura on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ チャーシュー麺、1,100円。鎌ケ谷、しかも駅から少し離れた立地でありながら、都心のような強気の値付け。少し怯んでしまったが、思い切って注文。厚切りチャーシューが5-6枚、味、脂は丁度良い、都度切り落とすらしく、とても柔らかい。これはウマい!! この辺りでは一番かも。小麦が薫ってきそうな硬めの麺は、鶏ベースの透き通ったスープによく合う。麺は足で踏んでコシをつけてるとか?？よく説明を読まなかったけど。店内は清潔感があるため、女性も来店してる模様。他のお客さんは、胡麻辛子ラーメンを注文してる方が多かったかな。見た目は担担麺？違ったらスミマセン。コロナ対策バッチリ、入り口にアルコール、テーブルには仕切り板も設置。装飾や音楽はハワイアン。何故かは知りませんが、20年以上前の新婚旅行を思い出してリラックス。近くまで来ても営業していない事が多く、今回が初めての訪問。開店日が増え、営業時間が伸びてくれると嬉しいなー。 Char siu noodles, 1,100 yen.
