a	aki t. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ケーキも美味しく、焼き菓子の種類も多いイメージがあったので、知人への手土産を購入しに行きました。レジで自分の番がきましたが、一言もなくケーキ購入のお客さんへ対応に行かれしばらく待っていました。同じ店員さんが戻ってきましたが、また一言もなくレジ打ちをはじめられお金を払い、帰り際もなんの言葉もありませんでした。自分も接客業をしていますが衝撃でした。お店のサイトにコメントを書く欄がなかったのでこちらに記載させて頂きましたが、お店の経営の方へ、お店の為にもお客様の為にも接客指導きちんとされた方がいいかと思います。クレームになってしまい申し訳ありません。 The cake was delicious and there were many types of baked confectionery, so I went to buy some souvenirs for my acquaintance.
