3年ぶりくらいに訪問しました。駐車場なし。自転車を止めるもぎりぎりな、環八内回りぞいです。武蔵新田駅徒歩二分くらい。 メニューは潔くシンプルで、あぶらめん、ラーメン、納豆キムチあぶらめんの三種とトッピングのほかはご飯とチャーシュー丼のみ。個人的には、トッピングのおすすめは揚げネギです。カリカリで旨味に溢れた香ばしい揚げネギは半日以上は美味メモリーが持続します。かなりたくさん入ってくるので、味が全体的に揚げネギに支配される贅沢さ。しかしなぜかチャーシューのトッピングオプションがない。 ちなみに、カラシヤという店名に反して、デフォルトでは辛いメニューではありません。卓上にある、秘密のしっとりした辛い粉を使ってお好みの辛さにします。ラー油でも良いでしょう。味変オプションとしては、酢とすりごまも準備されています。秀逸です。 麺はやや太め、柔らかめ。つけ麺でもラーメンでもなく、油そばのために最適化された、食べごたえとツルツル感の麺。お腹いっぱいでした。
I visited for the first time in 3 years. No parking lot. It is the inner loop of Kanpachi, which is just barely enough to stop the bicycle. About 2 minutes walk from Musashi Nitta station. The menu is clean and simple, with only rice and char siu bowl, except for the three types of noodles, ramen, natto kimchi, and toppings. Personally, I recommend fried green onions as a topping. The crispy and savory fried green onions have a delicious memory that lasts for more than half a day. It comes in quite a lot, so it's a luxury that the taste is dominated by fried green onions. But for some reason there is no char siu topping option. By the way, contrary to the store name Karashiya, it is not a spicy menu by default. Use the secret moist spicy powder on the table to make it as spicy as you like. You can also use chili oil. Vinegar and sesame seeds are also available as taste-changing options. It is excellent. The noodles are slightly thicker and softer. Noodles that are not tsukemen or ramen, but are optimized for abura soba and have a smooth texture. I was full.

あぶらめんの大盛りに揚げネギをトッピングしました。少食で無ければ大盛りで良いと思います。混ぜる前の麺がちゃんと美味しくて驚きました。見た目よりも優しい味です。 トッピングの揚げネギは風味がしっかりしており、あぶらめんによく合っていました。途中で入れる七味による味変も良かったです。はじめは混ぜないで麺の味を楽しむのも良いと思います。 とても美味しかったので、次訪れることがあればキムチ納豆を食べてみたいと思います。

2021/09/13 19時頃2名で訪問。 この時間帯で外待ち2名でした。 店内はコの字のカウンター席のみで注文制。 レトロな感じですが清潔さは伺える店内です。 私はあぶらめんとチャーシュー丼を注文。 卓上調味料は、しっとりとしたタイプの七味唐辛子、胡椒、酢、ラー油、すりごま。 あぶらめんはそのまま混ぜて食べると油の甘さと麺の甘さ、醤油の塩分は柔かめで全体的に落ち着いた甘さでくどさとかはありません。 ここから卓上調味料で好みの味にしていくシステムなんだろうなと思い、辛子と酢で整えました。 辛しやと言うだけあって、この辛子が辛いけど香ばしくとても美味しい。 入れすぎ注意ですが、これを入れることで味がぐっと良くなります。むしろないと物足りない。 量は少なくもなく多くもなくで、私たちと同じタイミングで入店された他の男性客は大盛りを頼む人が多く見受けられました。 続いてチャーシュー丼。刻んだチャーシューに白髪ネギ、チャーシュータレがかかった割とベーシックなチャーシュー丼で、おいしかったです。 チャーシューは脂身少なめな感じなので噛みごたえ、食べごたえはあります。 このチャーシュー丼にも辛子が合いますので少し入れて混ぜるといいです。 全般的においしいのですが、もう1パンチ欲しいなと思ったので★4つにしました。

The quantity was neither small nor large, and many other male customers who entered the store at the same time as us asked for a large serving. Next is the char siu bowl. It was delicious with the basic char siu bowl, which was chopped char siu with white onion and char siu sauce. The char siu has a low fat content, so it is chewy and chewy. This char siu bowl also goes well with mustard, so add a little and mix. It's delicious overall, but I wanted another punch, so I chose four.

友人のおすすめのお店で、平日の遅ランチで利用しました(^^) 友人から勧められた納豆キムチあぶらめんを注文しました(^^) 超絶美味♡♡ 身体にも良さそう♡ お昼の営業時間終わりのギリギリに入れてもらいましたが、すぐ後に、車で他のお客さんたちも、来店していました♡ 近くのコインパーキングを利用していたみたいです。武蔵新田駅からも徒歩圏内で、環八沿いにあります。店員さんは、とても感じの良い方で、笑顔でテキパキ作業されていました(^^)また必ず伺います♡

Great restaurant with excellent ramen. The meat was so tender and the serving sizes are perfect. They provide the option of getting larger serving sides (with 1.5-2x noodles). Visited this place thrice and the staff are friendly and eager to converse despite the language barriers. Would recommend this to anyone visiting Tokyo (ask for their most popular dish).

The menu has ramen and abu-ramen with various sizes for various appetites, which is really cool. The toppings are are also nice in that they are several, like soft boiled egg, raw egg, menma, onions, etc., they are all good. But the best of all is the deep savory flavor the chef infused into each dish. We have been here four times and have not been disappointed. All four times have been great. The taste is AMAZING!!!

It was the first time to come here since 5 years ago. i love Natto Kimuchi Aburamen. i felt taste became a bit mild compared to the past. But, very nice still.
