数回あった車のトラブルで連絡しますと言われ、連絡あった事はない。
ジムニーのリフトアップも各パーツの取り付け毎に数万円取るが、取り付け方が悪く結局
自費で組み直すハメに。
一切信用してはいけない。
星１つの価値もありませんね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ジムニーをはじめとした、四駆に強く、北米からの輸入車にも対応してくださいます。私も実際に訪れ、整備点検をして頂きました。整備の腕は確かな技術を持っております。また代車(写真参照、トヨタNOAH)も無料で貸してくださり大変助かります。
連絡を大切にすることや、部品や顧客の管理体制を見直して頂けたら更に良いお店になると思います。

対応ありがとうございます。FJの専門店と評判を聞いて行きましたが、実際の展示車は１台だけでした。専門店な知識はまだ分かりませんが、ホームページ程の専門店ではありませんでした… かわいいジムニーさんは沢山展示されていましたよ。
私自身、中古車店とそれに併設された工場に行くのは初めてでした。私の知ってるBMW、ヤナセ、某英国車ディーラーや、ホンダディラーさんとは、掛け離れた接客でした。修理代や、整備が安くて技術力で勝負されているのでしょう。と思っておきます。(接客レベルは10年前のマツダディーラーにも劣るかもしれません。)
もっとFJや、逆輸入車に力入れて欲しいですというのが、私の希望です＾＾
これからも、整備等お願いしたいと思います。安価で請け負ってくださいね！

Strong to 4WD including Jimny, please support imported cars from North America. I actually visited and did maintenance. The maintenance arm has solid technology. You can also lend a substitute car (see photo, Toyota NOAH) free of charge.
I think that it will be a better store if you value the contact and review the parts and customer management system.

Thank you for the response. I asked about its reputation as an FJ specialty store, but there was only one actual car on display. I still don't know the knowledge of a specialty store, but it wasn't as specialized as the website ... Cute Jimny was on display.
It was the first time for me to go to a used car store and a factory attached to it. BMW, Yanase, a certain British car dealer I know, and Honda Diller were a customer service. Repair costs and maintenance are cheap and will be played by technical capabilities. I think. (The customer service level may be inferior to Mazda dealers 10 years ago.)
My hope is that I want more FJ and reimported cars ^^
I would like to ask for maintenance etc. from now on. Please contract with cheap!
