It's the garden of Hokke-ji Temple, but it's like a botanical garden. It is said that 750 kinds of flowers, trees and flowers are planted, so you can enjoy it every season, but 100 camellias and Hokkeji lotus are especially famous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 早春に西大寺駅からレンタサイクルで訪問しました。庭園は別料金ですが、春の花が咲き乱れ、すばらしい彩りのあるお庭でした。落ち着いた古都の家並みとマッチして春を一足早く感じることができました。
I visited Saidaiji station by rental cycle in early spring. The garden is an extra charge, but it was a wonderfully colorful garden with spring flowers in full bloom. I was able to feel the spring a little earlier by matching with the calm houses of the ancient city.
