K	K M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 懐石を注文。中華料理並みの出方で、全品が15分で出てきた。汁物だけでも少し待ってもらうように言ったが、結局出てきたものは冷え切ったものを出してきた。味ですか？福岡、山口、萩と旅行してきて、久しぶりにまずいものを食べましたよ。料理人ていうのは自分の料理にプライドを持っていて、客が食べる時の温度にも気を使う(だから、逆になかなか食べない客には不機嫌)ものだとおもってましたが、萩では違うんですかね。こんな店が成り立ってるのは、萩の人の屈辱ですな。いやあびっくりしました。 I ordered kaiseki. All the dishes came out in 15 minutes, just like Chinese food. I told him to wait for a while with just the soup, but in the end, the one that came out was cold. Is it a taste? I've traveled to Fukuoka, Yamaguchi, and Hagi and ate something bad for the first time in a while. 伊	伊藤修二 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 併設されたホテルに宿泊した時に利用しました。定番の海鮮丼を注文しました。私は自身で釣りをしたり漁師さんからたまにお魚をいただくので魚介類の品質には少しうるさいですが、とても美味しくいただけました。個人的な好みではありますが、酢飯が常温〜やや冷たいともっと美味しくいただけるのではと思いました。ホテルのプランに付いていたランチセットは洋食プレートでこちらも美味しかったです。長門市〜萩市といえば新鮮な魚介類にまず注目しますが、こちらのハンバーグもたいへん素晴らしかったです。どこか懐かしい洋食屋さんのハンバーグでした。店員の女性の方の接客も自然で良かったです。また萩市を訪れた時に行きたいと思います。 I used it when I stayed at the hotel. め	めいこ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 口コミが良かったので行ってきました。おすすめのステーキランチ(2200円)をいただきましたが、私の口には合いませんでした。ステーキは赤身で柔らかいのですが、ソースがとても薄味で、何か大事な調味料を入れ忘れたのかな？と思うほどです。とても残念なステーキでした。店内は薄暗く昭和な雰囲気満載です。この日は(いつも？)暖房がきいてなく、少し離れた所から石油ヒーターが向けられていましたが、暖まるはずもなく、とにかく寒かったです。金曜日の12時頃入店しましたが、終始私たちともう1組の2組のみでした。広い店内に比べ接客係はひとりでしたから、この時間混み合うことはないのかもしれません。会計後、客は私達だけでしたので、店内の写真撮らせていただきました。また行く機会があれば、ハンバーグを食べてみたいです。 I went because the word of mouth was good.
