一口入れた瞬間にタレの香ばしさと鰻の肉厚でふっくらフワッとした食感に全神経全て持ってかれました。お、おいしい〜! 伺ったのは土曜日。 メニューについて説明しても良いかと店員さんより伺いがあり、丁寧に土曜の本日に注文できるメニューがどれかをお伝え頂きました。 その後本日のお勧めとして和ナマズの天ぷらの説明。普段はアメリカナマズで、今日は珍しい日本の和ナマズなのでお勧めとの事。注文はしませんでしたが珍しい物のお勧めは話のタネにも楽しめました。 野菜バーは350円との事でうな丼と一緒に注文しました。うな丼には漆塗りっぽいスプーンも付いていて、鰻とご飯という一口サイズの小宇宙をスル〜とすみやかに舌の上に乗せることができて最高でした。 ご飯の量も小盛り、普通、大盛りと選べるだけでなく鰻のタレまでもサービスで追加して頂けるという神サービス。 一口食べてすぐの早い段階で追いタレした自分を褒めたい。最初から最後まで好みのタレしみ具合で美味しく頂きました。 2人でお伺いしましたが衛生対応が徹底していたのも良かったです。 入り口で手の消毒と同時に検温でき、4人掛けテーブルで2人が斜め向かいとなるようにお膳の用意、テーブル上のアクリル板の衝立は2枚が重なるようにセッティングで隙間なし。 おかげさまで安心感のなか食も話も楽しむことができお腹も心も大満足、充実の休日でした。ありがとうございました。

大宮にある老舗の鰻屋さんです。初めての場合、少し入り辛いかなぁと感じる入り口は、慣れれば「趣のある」入り口と変化すると思います。平日にランチ前に並んで待ちましたが、開店前に待っていたのは私だけでした。開店から20分程度でほぼ満席になりましたが。品の良さそうな女性が多い様にお見受けしました。ランチは数量限定を頼みましたが、お値段以上のご馳走でした。甘すぎず、あきの来ない味は忘れられないものとなりました。

日曜日の12時前に訪問しました。 店内は家族連れが多くほぼ満席状態、人気店なんですね。 うな丼御膳を注文。御膳にはうな丼と肝汁、鯉の洗いと茶碗蒸しがついています。ご飯大盛り無料なので結構お得な感じ。 うな丼はうなぎが柔らかくて非常にうまい。 鯉の洗いはそれほど臭みがないのですが、個人的に あまり好きではないので特にコメントなし。 全体的に満足できる良いお店でした。

スタッフさんも気配りが最高だし、鰻も本当に美味しかったです。 鯉が苦手だったんですが、かのうやさんの鯉は食べれました!平日ランチ限定のは、めっちゃお安く鰻食べれます。 オープン前に並ぶの推奨いたします。

テレビでやっていたので訪問! やはり大人気店舗で平日でも行列 平日ランチタイムはサラダバーが無料でついてきます!そのため、45分並んで入店出来たけど、鰻焼き上がりまでサラダでお腹の飢えを満たしてもらいました! 鰻はとても美味しく、川魚問屋さんが運営しているだけあって、新鮮でした 肝焼きも安価で提供してくれています。 鰻のタレですが(私個人として) 1位千葉!2位浜松!の順なので 埼玉の鰻は東京に近く醤油味!という感じです。

さいたま新都心駅から徒歩5分、大宮氷川参道の入り口にある川魚料理の人気店。 11:00の開店直後に到着しましたが、すでに何組か並んでいました。予約発券機に入力して待つこと10分ほどで入店、お目当ての「うなぎご膳」(平日限定20食 ¥2000)をオーダーできました。 ボリュームのあるサラダに続いて鰻重と鯉の洗い・茶碗蒸し・肝吸い・香の物のセットが配膳。 メインの鰻重は思いのほか肉厚で大きく単品でも満足できるレベルです。鯉の洗いも川魚専門店だけあって臭みも全くなく酢味噌で美味しくいただきました。茶碗蒸し・更にドリンクまで付いたセットは味・量・コスパ共に申し分なく満腹満足なランチでした。

Following the hearty salad, a set of unajū and carp washing, chawanmushi, bean curd, and pickles is served. The main unajū is unexpectedly thick and large, and it is a level that can be satisfied even if it is a single item. The carp was washed only at a river fish specialty store, so it had no odor and was delicious with vinegar miso. The set with chawanmushi and even drinks was a satisfying lunch with perfect taste, quantity and cost performance.
