★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大宮にあったきれいめのお寿司屋さんです。
結構本格的で、どのネタも美味しかったです。
予約しないでふらっと入ったのですが、
運が良かったのかほとんど待つことなく入れました。
全体的にシャリの味付けはやや薄めの印象です。
店員の方が一巻ずつ握って出してくれました。
（上握り？）を頼んだと思います。
お豆腐はとてもまろやかな食感で、ポン酢のジュレと併せてとても、美味しかったです。
サラダもカットのサイズやドレッシングのかけ方なのかわからないのですが、とにかく食べやすかったです
（味だけでなく、とりやすさや、口への運びやすさ等）
 It is a beautiful sushi restaurant in Omiya.
It was quite authentic and all the ingredients were delicious.
I entered without making a reservation, but
I put it in almost without waiting to see if I was lucky.
The overall seasoning of the rice is a little lighter.
The clerk grabbed each volume and put it out.
I think I asked for (upper grip?).
The tofu had a very mellow texture and was very delicious with the ponzu jelly.
I don't know if the salad is the size of the cut or how to dress it, but it was easy to eat anyway.
(Not only the taste, but also the ease of taking and carrying to the mouth, etc.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Met up with friends for a birthday. fun atmosphere. attentive service. Sushi was very fresh.Very good service, beautiful ambience, super high quality. Can get very pricey with drinks. I tried quite a bit from the menu. Some standouts were Black cod - delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an amazing Sushi place for lunch‼️ Just on the west side of Omiya Station, it's a 3 minute walk to Sushi Heaven???. Try their 11-piece platter which has excellent quality and variety. Oh...and their Sushi rice isn't too sweet. The lunch prices are very reasonable and a great value. Go once and you'll be back ?????
