大	大越成子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ めったに人の行かない静かな小さな森林公園。凄い傾斜の141段の階段を登ると端正な11面観音様が迎えてくれる。振り返れば湯本の街が少し見渡せる。途中には雨情の碑の添えられた石の子育て観音様も街を見守っている。奥に拡がる公園の、桜、梅、欅、紅葉、椿、紫陽花、などの木々は、皆古木で大きくて、あまり手入れされないからこそ自然体の佇まい。台が撤去されて錆びた枠組みだけの残ったブランコや、訪れる子供もめったにいないのだろう古い遊具の残る空間が、忘れていた心の何かに繋がるような現実離れたした雰囲気をだしている。実際にブランコを漕げたら最高だろうに。昨年末から梅の古木の１本が健気に咲きだし、今も咲いている。おそらくいわきで一番早く咲いたのではないか？一見さびれたしかし心懐かしく癒しを感じる公園である。 A quiet little forest park rarely visited.
