正月はふるまいのすいとん、甘酒などがあり参拝者を歓迎してくれる。
2022年は積雪と、暴風がすごかったが、人の温かさと温泉池の温かさでほっこりしました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こいと旅館さんの紹介でコスプレ撮影利用しました。コスプレ撮影の場合、事前に申請書を記入して社務所に届ける必要があります。私の場合、こいと旅館さん利用なので申請書はこいと旅館から頂きました。広さ規模はこじんまりとしており、平日のせいか参拝者はまばらでした。東屋があり、近隣企業の従業員？が喫煙のため出入りしてますが、皆さんレイヤーを見慣れているのかマーズの私がいても気にする様子はなかったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いわき湯本温泉街の小高い丘に鎮座。境内はきれいに整備され、初詣客を迎える準備をされていました。手水舎の後に源泉、神籬(ひもろぎ)の湯が湧きだしてますが、54℃あるそうなので手を入れる際は注意。

1300年の歴史のある神社。
手水は神社の中にある温泉。
熱い温泉で硫黄のかおりもして冬に行ってるので気持ち良かった。
誰もいなかったのでとても静かでした。
社務所などはまだ開いていなかったのでお参りだけしてきました。

温泉神社という名前も今まで見た事なかったので目新しさにも惹かれ。
温泉神社というだけあり、境内には温泉が湧いてる場所もありました。

参道は綺麗で境内のライトアップも雰囲気があります。
寒い中、地元の方々、温泉宿の宿泊者が次々と参拝に訪れていました。
近くのお寺の除夜の鐘が響く中いい参拝ができました。
大晦日は23:30より甘酒を無料で振る舞っていただけます。
