ご朱印もたいへん丁寧に対応していただきました。
湯本町の市街地、温泉街にあります。
正式名称は「三函山 勝行院 法海寺」。
福島八十八ヶ所霊場の第一番札所となっている勝行院。
地元では「中の寺」と呼ばれています。
春は桜・秋は紅葉が美しいお寺です。
御朱印もあります。
駐車場も完備されてます。

静かで綺麗な境内にて心静かにお参りすることができました。

福島指定重要文化財に指定されているそうです。
立派な門をくぐると本堂。
本堂の左に進んでいくと階段があり、上がっていくと鐘と三重塔がありました。
眺めもいいし白衣観音も綺麗でした。
本堂の中はちょうど法事をされていたようで入れませんでしたが。
どこを見てもとても綺麗で、御朱印もいただけるそうです。
