★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新しい側のゾーンにあるバームクーヘンのお店。出来立てはかなり美味しい。持ち帰りでも食べてみたがこれもなかなか美味しい。久々に食べた美味しいバームクーヘンでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員さんの接客が非常に丁寧で親切、好感が持てます。アルバイトの方でも一人一人教育が出来てます。出来立てバームクーヘンのざく切り400円でお手頃で美味しいです。ホイップクリームとイチゴジャムの無料トッピングがありがたい。コーヒーも400円程度で手頃なのが嬉しいです。店内のイートインスペース利用出来ます。5席有りますが、コロナ対応で1席開けた3席での利用となっています。驚いたのが、アンケートに答えるとバームクーヘンの耳が貰えますが、かなりの大きさな事。無料で貰えるサイズでなく、嬉しかったです。次回寄る際は、手土産用に１箱程度買おうと思います。

Thank you for the free toppings of whipped cream and strawberry jam. I'm glad that coffee is reasonably priced at around 400 yen. You can use the eat-in space inside the store. There are 5 seats, but it is available in 3 seats with 1 open for corona. To my surprise, when I answered the questionnaire, I got Baumkuchen's ears, but it was quite big. I was happy that it wasn't the size I could get for free. The next time I stop by, I will buy about one box for souvenirs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お友達へのお土産、冬限定のホワイトバウムクーヘンを購入。私も店内で、焦がしチーズバウム（左）と木更津店限定のカスタードinバウム（右）をいただきました。
カスタードinバウムの上は、カラメルでパリッパリッ。要は飴なんだから甘いはずなのに、甘すぎないっ。
しっとりバウムクーヘンと一緒に食べると…カスタードのまろやかさとカラメルのパリパリが調和して♡想像以上においしいっ！
ホームページで調べましたが、あまり大々的には売り出していないようで…なんでだろう？こんなにおいしいのに。もう一度食べに行きたいです。
