冷えると、しっとりとした食感は無くなるが、お土産には最適で話の種に丁度良い。
13時近くに行って、焼きたてのフィナンシェを買うために20分程待ちました。
The freshly baked product has a different weight than it looks, and it has a nice and moist texture. It is not sweet and it is a different type of baked confectionery.
When it gets cold, the moist texture disappears, but it's perfect as a souvenir and just right for the story.

おすすめは素のおいしさが際立つ焼きたてフィナンシェ。文字どおり「焼きたて」を買えたらすぐに食べてみてください。中のモチモチ感と、外側エッジのカリッとした食感が冷めたときより鮮烈に感じられて絶品です。デコレーションや季節ものも美味しいですが、アツアツのフィナンシェを食べる特別感を味わえる貴重なお店だと思います。

焼きたてフィナンシェ外はサクッと中はふんわりでめっちゃおいしいです♪
もっと買えばよかった！と思いました。

コーヒーほろ苦さの中にも甘さを感じます。
