Foodcourt sells delicious food, lucky to try the popular Tempura Don from Nihonbashi and indeed live it up to its good reputation without the long queue as you would expect in Nihonbashi.

Not only was the number of stores were impressive, the quality and variety of products were equally so. PLUS, the restaurants in the food court of the outlet park did serve decent and cheap food. Highly recommended.

A	Alan Sue on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TLDR: Worthwhile outlet that is not too far. If you come from The US, do not consider an outlet here the same thing. While prices are lower than a normal store, it is definitely not as cheap a US outlet. That being wide, Kisarazu is relatively close and easy to get, while having a good selection of stores and parking. It is pretty dog friendly as well which is a plus. If you are nearby it is worth a look if you have something in mind, or a lot of time to kill. It can get quite hot during the summer as it an open air mall with not too much shade, but the stores do blast their AC(good for us…bad for the environment?). The food court is also a good size to accommodate the number of people. And most important of all, good clean bathrooms!
