ちょうど20年前くらいにお店できて、当時半熟煮玉子がラーメンに入っているのが珍しかった記憶がある。久しぶり食べたけど懐かしい。キムチもセルフで食べ放題なうえに、値段もリーズナブル。

にゃがにゃがを初めて食べたのは約20年ほど前。 それ以来ちょくちょくは通っていましたが、普通のラーメンしか食べた事がなく、2019年に久しぶりに伺い辛辛麺と言うのを注文したらどハマりしてしまいました。 今では結構なペースで食べに行きます。 何か入ってんじゃないかってぐらい癖になります。 あのスープ個人的に国民栄誉賞差し上げたいです。
I first ate Nyaga Nyaga about 20 years ago. I've been going there often since then, but I've only eaten regular ramen, so when I visited for the first time in 2019 and ordered spicy noodles, I fell in love with it. 20年くらい前に初めて行ってから近くを通る時は寄らせて貰ってます。 キムチコーナーから好きなだけキムチとピリ辛もやしを頂き、つまみつつメインのラーメンを待つスタイルです! いつ食べても旨い!他に形容する言葉が見つかりません。 今回はお土産キムチも購入して、大満足&満腹のにゃがにゃが亭でした!!!

昔は通ってたのですが、なんか一時期味が落ちたような気がして行かなくなり、15年ぶりぐらいで行きました。 東京豚骨醤油ですが、20年前はしょっぱいギタギタ系扱いだったの思うのですが、今の時代ではあっさり背脂扱いかもしれません。 細麺も最近では珍しくなったかもしれません。 チャーシューはちょい脂身にちょい味付けありで、全体的においしかったです。

2022/01/20 20時前に来店。 ガラガラで直ぐ座れた。 カミさんと2人で来店。 寒い時期の定番、ジャン味噌のチャーシュートッピング+替え玉を注文。 やっぱ暖かい。 美味い。 濃い。 スープ含めて完食した、カミさんも。 寒い季節のジャン味噌はやはり外せない。 チャーシューメンも非常に美味で、毎回、どちらを選ぶか迷ってしまう。 取り放題のキムチはモヤシがお勧め!!

にゃがにゃが亭 行徳店 ラーメン 市川浦安ラーメン街道~キムチ取り放題で甦る青春の味~ ・ どーも?susumuでーす❗ 市川浦安バイパス大好き?ってことで相変わらずやってるんですけど、 今回は「市川市香取」 市川浦安バイパス通称"市川浦安ラーメン街道"その名の通りラーメン店が点在しているのですが "環七ラーメン戦争"からほどなく'00年代に行列店となったかつての名店 当時市川浦安在住40代~50代の方々なら一度は啜ったことあるあの味です❕ こちら❗どーん‼️ 東京メトロ東西線行徳駅から徒歩12分くらいのところにある「にゃがにゃが亭 行徳店」さんにお邪魔してまーす? ・ 14時半前。市川市香取。 週末恒例。地元の名店を振り返りながらお伝えします "みね散歩?️?" 本日参りますお店は? 約20年ぶり??回目。 満を持しての訪麺「にゃがにゃが亭」さん? 待ち無し入店?‍♂️食券制でーす❗ 「らうめん¥680」「ビール¥500」PUSH!! 20年前とほぼ変わらない料金設定??️ 食券を店主さんに渡してからの… 店内奥に設置してあるキムチ取り放題コーナーへ?? 小皿に白菜キムチとモヤシキムチ、刻みニンニクを山盛りにしてと… 瓶ビールと共にいただきま~す? みょろろぉぉ~~ぉんぬ?? うわぁ懐かしい??? 当時と全然変わってない☺️ 発酵の進んでない浅漬け的で辛さも控えめで仄かに魚介の風味があってビールのアテにピッタリ?️?️ あれは20年以上前だったでしょうか? 秋頃だったでしょうか? 二俣新町の倉庫で作業した後腹ペコのままハイエースで都内へ戻る道すがら「にゃがにゃが亭」でキムチ食らってラーメン啜ったあの思い出。。。? あの頃のキオクが一気に甦るわぁ~~?とか思いながら待ってるとぉ~♪ ・ りりりょっはぁにょ~ん?? 九州豚骨のようにガンガンに炊いていないので豚骨臭はほぼ皆無。背脂の浮いたまさに 『関東風豚骨らうめん』 それでは早速いただきま~す? るるるぃぼょっぴょ~ん?? 20年前の関東豚骨ってみんなこんな感じでしたのよね?️?️ 動物系ベースのスープは背脂の仄かなコクと塩分濃度濃いめのしょっぱさ? 「弁慶」「なりたけ」をちょっとライトにした感覚?️?️ 「えるびす」に近いかも? 麺はボキボキの低加水ではなく灌水が効いたポソポソ中細麺?️?️ チャーシューは脂身控えめしょっぱなヤツ?が二枚✌️ 他モヤシ、メンマ、長ねぎ、半熟玉子がデフォで搭載。これで¥680はわりとコスパ良さげじゃナイスか⁉️ ってな感じで後半は全然辛くない謎の紅い粉とお酢ぶっこんで完食完飲フィニッシュ‼️ 大変美味しく啜れました? ・ いや~「にゃがにゃが亭 行徳店」に行ってきたんですけどうまかったすね~~~?? 客はほぼsusumuのみと寂しい感じでして…? かなり昔のコメントには辛辣なご意見もあるようで…、 コロナや路駐厳禁など社会的な昨今の風潮も相まってか…? 実際に啜ってみると想い出補正も手伝ってとても美味しい一杯でした☺️また来ます✌️ 地元民として応援しています✊‼️ それでは、ごっそれい?
