Ramen is delicious, but I order tsukemen almost every time. The toppings of menma, eggs and char siu are also delicious. ネ	ネーポン on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ がんこという名前で頑固な感じ悪い店主さん出てくるのでは？と連想しがちですがそれは否！カウンターのみの小さいお店ですが、非常に腰が低くて感じの良い店主さんが温かく迎えてくれます。ラーメンは正油、塩、味噌の3種類、つけ麺は正油ベースでピリ辛のものと味噌…塩ベースはあったかな？ちょっとそこはハッキリしません。後は台湾まぜそば。ちょっと塩っぱめかもしれませんが、それが苦手とかでなければどれも特色があり美味しいです。なので投稿者は、いつもけっこう迷います(笑) とりあえず、正油についてクチコミ書いておきます。正油は澄んでいるけど旨みはしっかりしているスープに背脂の量が選べて個人的には背脂中間が好み。麺はしなやかな自家製の細麺で相性も◎ (味噌、つけ麺、まぜそばは太麺) チャーシューは物凄く柔らかくトロトロで美味。提供時は冷えているので軽くスープに浸してから食べたほうが美味しいです。トッピングの味玉も黄身がトロトロ過ぎず、固すぎず絶妙な塩梅でよく味も染みていてこちらもオススメです。 Isn't there a stubborn and unpleasant shopkeeper under the name of cancer? o	oji oji on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 寄った勢いで書いたので、気持ち悪いレビューで申し訳ないですが……語りスイッチが入ってしまいました。ごめんなさい。間違いなく人生最高のラーメン屋さんです。引っ越して簡単に行けなくなってしまいましたが、当時夜勤の仕事前に立ち寄るのが生活の一部でした。夜21時に起床し布団の中で（今日は何を食べようか…）と考えるのが楽しみでした。元々周りの人間が引くくらいラーメン好きでしたが、こんなに虜になったお店はここだけです。もちろん１番素晴らしいのは料理のクオリティですが１番印象に残っている事は、雰囲気が本当に最高だった。一見入りにくいのに何故か暖かみのある入口入店時のマスターの「こんばんわ〜」という柔らかいかけ声。築年数はかなり経っている筈なのに、店内はピカピカで備品の管理も完璧に行き届いている。清潔な老舗ってのは、高級店でなくてもこんなに気持ちいいものなのか。スープも麺も盛り付けも味も雰囲気もいつ行ってもブレがない。常連さんとの会話の中でも、マスターの謙虚さやお店やお客さんや料理を、当たり前のようにとても大切にされているのが伝わってきて本当に素敵な空間。コロナ渦で大変な思いをされていらっしゃるとは思いますが本当に良いお店なのでずっと続いて欲しいです。 I wrote it with a close momentum, so I'm sorry for the unpleasant review, but ... the talk switch has been turned on.
