■よかったところ
・入社時にいきなり派遣先企業に行くのではなく、1週間くらい研修を受けさせてくれました。これが派遣先に行ったときに大きく役に立ちました。
・派遣先は超優良企業ばかりです。残業代は出ますし有休もしっかり取得できました。
■悪かったところ
・時給UPの約束を破る
私だけでなく多くの同僚がこの被害にあっていました。口約束は平気で破られるので録音必須です。
・虚偽の理由で異動させようとしてくる
あるとき私は、アイティイットの某役員から
「派遣先企業が、あなたとの契約を突然打ち切ると言ってきたので異動して下さい。理由は不明です。」
と言われました。
ところがこれが虚偽だとわかり、この役員さんを問いただすと、
「打ち切るとは言われていなかった」
と。
派遣先企業にもこれが伝わり異動は消滅。
これには、人材派遣会社を経営する知り合いも
「派遣先企業を悪者扱いにするなんて絶対やってはいけないこと。クビでしょ。」
と呆れていましたが、この役員さんは特に降格することもなく今も健在のようです。
この会社では寧ろやり手として重宝されているのかもしれません。
以上、従業員の方も、この会社と取引をする企業さんも、十分に気を付けてください。
最後にこの会社が従業員と結ばせていた契約書を添付しておきます。

■ Good place
・ When I joined the company, instead of suddenly going to the dispatched company, I was given training for about a week. This was very helpful when I went to the dispatch destination.

■ What was wrong
・ Break the promise of increasing hourly wages
Many colleagues, not just me, were affected by this. Recording is essential because oral promises can be broken without hesitation.
・ Trying to transfer for false reasons
At one point I was from an officer at Ititit
"The dispatched company has told me that the contract with you will be terminated suddenly, so please move. The reason is unknown."
They said.
However, when I found out that this was false and asked this officer,
"I wasn't told to censor."

"Never treat the dispatched company as a bad guy. You're fired."
I was surprised, but this officer seems to be still alive without being demoted.
