★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 御茶ノ水、淡路町近辺の再開発により、隣のソラシティと共に2013年4月に開業した大規模複合施設です。旧淡路小学校跡地と淡路公園を併せて一体的に整備されました。和、輪、環の三つのＷＡがコンセプトだそうです。公園には開成学園発祥の地碑があります。
周辺は大学等が多いですが、アネックス棟には学生専用の賃貸住宅があり、家賃は安いかわりに地域活動への参加が義務付けられています。空洞化した都心を再活性化するためだそうです。
敷地の西側に道路を挟んで、石垣に囲まれた和風建築が目を引きます。昭和初期に建てられた実業家の住宅で、千代田区の景観まちづくり重要物件に指定されています。
It is a large-scale complex facility that opened in April 2013 with the neighboring Sora City due to redevelopment near Ochanomizu and Awaji Town. The site was formerly built on the site of the former Awaji Elementary School and Awaji Park. The concept is that there are three WAs: Wa, Ring, and Ring. The park has a monument to the birth of Kaisei Gakuen.
There are many universities in the surrounding area, but there is a student-only rental housing in the Annex building, and although the rent is low, participation in local activities is obligatory. It seems to reactivate the hollowed out city center.
A Japanese-style building surrounded by stone walls is striking across the road on the west side of the site. It is a businessman's house built in the early Showa era, and has been designated as an important property for landscape town development in Chiyoda Ward.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駐車場が使いやすい。台数は少なく料金は高めだが、立体駐車場で広く停めやすい。入口はわかりやすい。出口から一通の本郷通りまで学習塾前を通る為子供らの予期せぬ行動に注意必要です。
The parking lot is easy to use. The number of cars is small and the price is high, but it is easy to park in a multi-storey car park. The entrance is easy to understand. Be careful of unexpected behavior of children as they pass in front of the cram school from the exit to Hongo-dori.
