まず、この地域の不動産屋さん７店に「希望の物件の見積もり」「指定の条件の物件はあるか？」「メールでの返信をお願いします」と聞いてみたのですが、質問どおりの回答をしてくれたお店はカンフィーさんともう１つのお店だけでした。（他のお店は質問に回答せずに他の物件を紹介したり、メールで回答せず来店を薦めたり、結構ひどかったです）
また、物件について尋ねた際に良い点も悪い点に正直に答えてくださり、無理強いもされなかったので好感が持てました。
そもそもこの地域の物件は選択肢が少なく、時間がかかったのですが、粘り強く紹介・案内してくださりました。
もし次回家を探す際も、カンフィーさんにまずはお問い合わせしようと思っています。
