土地も決まってないのに手付金を払って契約してくれたらこれだけ安くなります。今、契約をしてくれた人だけのみです。とりあえず手付金を払ってくれれば本契約は数年後で大丈夫と契約を急かされます。
予算と希望を伝えた上で、上物が予算オーバーするため土地に値段がかけれず諦めていたところこのように言われました。
あまりにも営業がひどいのでお断りしたにもかかわらず、契約だけでもと深夜に契約書を持って家まで来たので、家族に怒鳴り返してもらい追い返しました。
土地を探しているときも、営業はもう少し予算を増やせないか、今の予算では絶対に見つからないとと言ったにも関わらず取り合えず契約して手付金を払えとは何を考えているのか理解不能です。
今の予算で土地が見つからないうえに、追加費用も分からないのに契約なんてできません。
