元々複数の格闘技をやっていましたが支部長の指導は論理的でわかりやすく学びが多いです
また先輩方も初心者から熟練者まで幅広く多くの人にとってなじみやすい環境かと思います
わたしも始めたばかりですがこれからも継続していこうと思います

けして無理をさせず、論理的でわかりやすく指導してくれるので、まったくの初心者でも大丈夫です。
私は40代で始め、シニアクラスで試合にも出場
しているが、試合に出なくても全く問題ないです。それぞれのペースで楽しめると思います。
スパーリングはやりますが、基本的にはマススパーで行います。ガチで殴りあったりはしません。威力を上げるのはミットやサンドバッグで行います。
支部長は、色んな格闘技に精通しており、打撃・組技・寝技とバランス良く指導して下さります。
私はおすすめします。
