t	tomomi Otas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前他のジムにかよっていたが、長続きしなかった。ここのジムはきれいだし、雰囲気も和やか。会長も優しい。が、最後には追い込んでくれる。いい意味で格闘技ジムらしくなくてよい。 I used to rely on other gyms before, but it didn't last long. The gym here is clean and the atmosphere is friendly. The chairman is also kind. But at the end, he drives me. You don't have to be a martial arts gym in a good way.

It's annoying because the gym space and changing rooms are getting smaller. It's the best way to get in the way of the class. It's a place I like, so I don't want to be disturbed.
内	内藤司 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ９月からお世話になっています！キックボクシングは体育会系や怪我など不安なイメージがありましたが、、、ネクストレベル上野は全くそういった事なくいつも楽しく汗を流しています！！運動不足解消目的で入会して１週間で４キロも落ちて自分でも驚きです！ジムの中は暖かいのですぐ汗が出ます！また、女性会員さんが半分を占める程らしく華やかさすら感じます♪ 色んな職業の方がいるので色々なお話を聞けたり、時にはお茶をご一緒させて頂いたりと運動以外にも楽しい事がたくさんあります♪ インストラクター方達もすごく優しく丁寧なので無料体験から安心して入会できました！ I have been indebted to you since September! A	Arrows Shot on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ キックボクシングを極めたいというより健康目的でゆるく通っているものです。丁寧な指導と、適度に追い込んで貰えるのでその辺にジムに何度入会したかわからない私も毎週のように欠かさず通えていて今では楽しみになっています。体も入会後3ヶ月で週一参加にも関わらずで明らかな変化をかんじています。初回は無料で体験ができるはずなので不安な人はまずは経験してみるのが一番だと思います。週一プランは日付は固定されますが、通う日は様々なレッスンが通い放題です。入会すれば同じ系列の渋谷のジムにも通えます。※渋谷の方が厳しいらしい。笑値段もジムに通うより良心的。ビギナーの方向けから、本格的に習いたい人、有酸素メインのレッスンなど豊富に揃えており、よくある身内感があり通いづらいなどもまったくないです。遠方から来られてる方も私含め結構いるみたいです。キックボクシングに興味なくても、とにかく身体作りをしたい、でもなかなか続かない人にオススメです。 It's more for health purposes than for kick boxing.
