★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 物件に色々連れて行ってくれる時の車のスピードが速すぎて怖かった。急いでるのは分かるけどジェットコースター並。
あと担当の人は物件1つ見終わる度にタバコ吸う。
電話で名前言っても担当忘れられるし、折り返すって言われても1日以上放置。繁忙期に利用したからかもしれないけど、人手が足りてないのでしょうか。

①約束して店舗にいったのにも かかわらず 担当は覚えていない。
②室内灯 コンロありますといいながら実際契約後 室内確認したら備え付けていない。
自腹購入せざるをえませんでした…
③鍵は僅かに1本渡されたのみ。
それもマスターキーでなく 明らかにスペアキー！こんなこと初めてでした！
④引越しの際 室内見たら 全くハウスクリーニングがされていない！
めちゃくちゃ前任居住者の汚れが残されている。こんなのありえない！！
⑤他の物件見たいと 現地視察しましたが 店員が場所を把握しておらず 何度も迷う
⑥契約後 確認したら １箇所電源(コンセント)きていない→もうこの頃には ここに 信頼は1%もなかったので 自腹で電気屋さんよんで 直しました。
⑦エアコンついていたが 壊れていた
⑧網戸 機能せず→ボロボロ
⑨ベランダに前任者のゴミ放置
⑩一個だけついていた室内灯も 電球切れ。
と
思いついたのだけ これだけ つらつらと出てきます。
最後に ここを利用してはいけません！
私は遠方で時間なく この不動産を利用するしかありませんでしたが 契約後 他の不動産屋さんに(名古屋市の)聞いたところ 業界内でも ｢ブラック｣。
こことの取引は やっていない。
やらない方がいいと いわれている不動産屋との事。
何度も書きます。
けして 嫌がらせでもなんでもなく 私がやられた事を記載しているのみ。
まともな対応を受けたい。時間をむだにしたくないのなら ｢決してここを利用してはいけません！｣
最後まで読んで頂きありがとうございます。ここではない不動産屋さんから良い物件を紹介されてください。

シティホームと書いた車を駐車場のど真ん中の邪魔なとこに置いて、その隣でタバコ吸ってた。人通りも多かったのにどういう神経してるのか
そしてそのままタバコをその場にポイ捨て
人としてどうかしてる

気になる物件もあり、内覧に日数も限られてることも説明し、希望の条件でほかにも探してもらうよう打合せし、向かったら気になる物件はシティーホームの記載と全く違い家賃は高い礼金は2倍…そっちの記載ミスなのに謝る姿勢もそっけなく、他の物件も探しておらず…
希望物件がないならメールくれればいいのに、来店したからそんな説明。
この店なめてます。最悪。
絶対使わない方がいいです。
その後他の仲介会社に行ったら、物件豊富…
絶対物件探してなかったとおもいます。
他社の方に内容伝えたら、納得のようすでそこは対応悪いです…と。
今回ホテルも1日延長し、ホテル代払えって感じです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've dealt with many real estate agents in the past. For business, supporting friends, and even for myself. Many are outright biased against foreigners or very slow to respond. I needed a new apartment quickly. Fukuda-san answered my inquiry for a local apartment. Within a few minutes he called the property owner, confirmed children & foreigners were OK, completed the guarantor company application immediately, and within 3 business days, a contract was signed and I am in my new home...
Other real estate agents will say they will check... But, purposely don't, or forget to, only to call you a week later saying the property is taken or no foreigners allowed. Fukuda-san even negotiated with the owner to place screen windows/door into the building at the owner's expense. Very good experience so far.
