（一回無言で投稿してしまった為再編集）
仕事場の近くでの一人暮らしを考えていたので、地域に絞りお勧めを見繕って頂いたのですが、物件に対する絞り込みのスピードが素晴らしい。
今回は借りる側の私が地域縛りをしていた為、最初に頂いたお部屋資料10件の中から選ぶ形となりました。
あまり要望が思いつかない方も、店内である程度向こうから条件絞りを手伝って頂けるため、資料請求2回程度で要望の物件が見つかるんじゃないかと思います。
平日みっちり仕事でヘトヘトになる私としては、かかる時間と手間が少ないのは嬉しいところ。
部屋の内見や再調査に伺った際も、ユーモアを織り交ぜて対応頂けることで、こちらからも要望を出しやすく、初お部屋探しとなる私には嬉しい心遣いでした。
特筆すべき点としては、お部屋探し時必ずお勧めされる、各賃貸会社での相見積もりが不要だったことです。
私が契約した物件はミニミニさん以外に取り扱っておらず、気に入った段階で即契約の話を進めることができました。
部屋の内見や資料請求までさせておいて、別会社で契約する事に対して、自分自身に不快感や怒りを覚える私のような人間には大変ありがたかったです。
重ねて言いますが、スピーディーであればある程社会人には喜ばしいことでしょう。
今日契約し、部屋の調査も終わり、あとは2週間後の入居日まで悠々と過ごせます。
ご担当頂いた小沢さん、ありがとうございました！

Even if you can't think of a request very much, you can help narrow down the conditions in the store to some extent, so I think that you can find the property you want in about two requests for materials.
For me, who gets tired of working hard on weekdays, I'm happy that it takes less time and effort.
When I visited the room for a preview or a re-investigation, it was easy for me to make requests from here as well, because I was able to respond with a mix of humor, which made me happy when I was looking for a room for the first time.
It is worth mentioning that there was no need for a phase estimate at each rental company, which is always recommended when looking for a room.
The property I contracted was not handled by anyone other than Mini Mini, and I was able to proceed with the contract immediately when I liked it.
I was very grateful to a person like me who felt uncomfortable and angry at me when I had to look inside the room and request materials and contract with another company.
Again, the faster you are, the more happy you are for working people.
I signed up today, the room survey is over, and I can spend the rest of my life until the move-in date two weeks later.

物件見学の道中、当初予定していた物件とは別に、こちらの希望で急遽他の物件も見学させていただきました。

また、それぞれの物件の良さだけをアピールするのではなく、こちらのニーズに合わせて“ここの点はあちらの物件の方がよいかも”等こちらの立場でアドバイスをしていただき、安心して物件を選ぶことができました。
